1. General Overview

This Refunds and Cancellations Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions and enrollments made through FMS Aviation Academy Private Limited (“the Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”) across all platforms, including but not limited to our website, authorized learning portals, and physical training centers located in Ahmedabad, Surat, and Delhi.
By enrolling in any of our courses or training programs, you (“the student”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this Policy.

2. Course Types

FMS Aviation Academy offers multiple modes of learning:

• Self-Paced Online Courses accessible through portal.fmsaviationacademy.com

• Live Online Sessions conducted by our instructors

• Offline Classroom Programs at our training centers

Each of these modes is subject to the same refund and cancellation principles outlined below, unless specifically stated otherwise in the enrollment communication.

3. Enrollment and Access

All enrollments are processed manually. Once payment is verified, access to the online learning portal or allocation to a specific batch is granted.
Please note that once access is provided, the course is deemed consumed, and no refund or cancellation request shall be entertained, except under the conditions listed in Section 6.

4. Free Trial and Fair Use

FMS Aviation Academy offers a 3-day free trial period under a Fair Use Policy for select online courses.
Students are encouraged to utilize this trial period to evaluate the course quality and suitability before confirming enrollment. Once the trial period has ended and full access has been granted, the course becomes non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

(a) Online Courses (Self-Paced or Live)

• Once enrollment and access have been completed, no cancellations or refunds shall be permitted.

(b) Offline Classroom Programs / Hybrid Batches

• Enrollment fees are non-refundable.

• If a student has paid an amount exceeding the enrollment fee and later chooses to cancel before the batch commencement, the balance amount (after deducting ₹10,000 + GST as enrollment fee) shall be refunded.

• No refund shall be applicable once the course has commenced.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds shall be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval:

• Duplicate payments made for the same course.

• Technical failures or transaction errors on the payment gateway (Razorpay) resulting in unsuccessful access.

• Course cancellation or rescheduling by the Academy without a suitable alternate batch or mode being offered.

In such cases, refunds may be processed on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of services availed.

7. Refund Process

• All eligible refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment used during enrollment.

• Refund timelines may vary between 7–14 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.

• The Academy reserves the right to verify and approve all refund claims before initiation.

8. Management’s Discretion

All refund and cancellation decisions are subject to the sole discretion of the management of FMS Aviation Academy Private Limited. The Academy reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on individual case assessment, evidence provided, and adherence to this Policy.
