What is a Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) Course?
The Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is the highest category of aircraft pilot license issued by DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation). It allows pilots to act as Pilot-in-Command (Captain) of multi-crew commercial aircraft.
This license is mandatory to:

Eligibility for ATPL Course
To apply for the Airline Transport Pilot License, you must:
Hold a valid CPL (Commercial Pilot License) issued by DGCA
Have 1500 hours of total flying time, with minimums for cross-country, night flying, and instrument time as per DGCA requirements
Possess a valid Class 1 Medical
Be proficient in English and radio communication
Note: You can begin ground classes before completing all 1500 flying hours, but you must meet flying requirements to apply for the license.
