Cadet Pilot Programmes are a structured ab-initio pathway to a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), with direct induction pathways to the airline as Junior First Officers. Emirates Flight Training Academy (EFTA) offers pilot training in Dubai.

Route 1: High School Degree Holders

Route 2: Degree Holders (Diploma and Above)

  • Age Requirements: 21-26 years old at time of application.
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum GPA 3.0 in Scientific or Engineering major.
    • IELTS score 6.0 required at application
  • Physical Requirements: Minimum height: 160 cm.
  • Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for UAE student visa (if not UAE national)
